- Review reservations are accurately pulled. Process completed reservation though the automated computer system.
- Reconcile discrepancies in inventory and receiving quantities.
- Verify goods received are as ordered and routes inventory to appropriate outlets or departments.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety as per industry best practice quality guidelines.
- Assist in the replenishment process to bring inventory levels to operational needs.
- Responsible for all inventory deliveries.
- Verify vendor invoices coincides with purchase order.
- Count and label inventory items with their appropriate item number and date received. Process purchase order through the automated computer system.
- Work extensively with the automated computer system.
- Resolve discrepancies, working closely with Food and Beverage Purchasing, Accounting and vendors.
- Assist in the review of inventory usage reports to plan and forecast inventory demands. Adjust on hand inventory par levels according to usage report.
- Create purchase orders to replenish inventory par levels. Submit purchase order to appropriate vendor.
- Maintain automated system information on assigned system module/data fields to reflect accurate vendor, and item information.
- Perform clerical accounting duties including data entry, answering telephones and making copies.
- Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills along with ability to manage multiple products in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform monthly physical inventory count on all inventory products.
- Perform inventory cycle counts.
- Table Mountain Casino is a twenty-four hour business that never closes, team members are expected to work holidays and weekends.
- Provide prompt, courteous guest service at all times following the casino’s guest service standards including proper greetings and farewell.
- Participate in and support all guest service training programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum one (1) year experience warehouse or inventory control required.
- Food and beverage experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products.
- High School degree or equivalent required.
